The Clinic is based in Horsforth, North Leeds and runs immunisation clinics every three weeks on a Saturday.

 Booking an appointment

Simply call our Clinic Manager on 01625 441630.  They will provide you with an appointment date and specify any required documents.

New patients need to register with the clinic before making an appointment.  On registering, the patient/parent/carer pays £45 by switch/credit card.  This is a registration fee that covers our administration, the private prescription and maintenance of patient records.

When making an appointment you will be asked to pay the price of your vaccination/consultation in advance. 

If you are not happy to pay in advance for your vaccination/consultation then we can accept payment on the day.

We prefer not to do this as it can be disruptive to the running of the clinic.
